Served 4 communities: Kāneʻohe, Honolulu (Kūhiō), Kaʻū-Keaʻau-Pāhoa Complex (Keaʻau Elementary) & Online
Engaged a total of 87 keiki across 4 sites in authentic Hawaiian culture, Aloha ʻĀina and the arts.
Students participated in huaka‘i to historically significant wahi pana within their ahupuaʻa and in other ahupua‘a across O‘ahu to provide each student with a comprehensive cultural experience focused on Hawai‘i culture.
Engaged in visual arts lessons that are focused on perpetuating Hawaiian culture, and creating public works of art that honor Hawaiʻi's culture.
Engaged with kūpuna and cultural practitioners from their communities who are preserving and perpetuating Hawaiian culture.
