ASU, having significant presence and success in hybrid/online learning, serves as a key partner for Kamehameha Schools in achieving our short- and long-term goals. ASU has developed an ASU Local model that provides college students of all ages the opportunity to receive personalized one-on-one support to help them navigate college and career. Students who take ASU Online classes have the flexibility to complete their degree with support in their own community.

KS and ASU are committed to keeping ‘ike kūpuna (ancestral knowledge) alive through place-based learning and community engagement. Working together, ASU Local will bring another option for education to Hawai‘i and help meet the growing needs of our lāhui (community).
