Ola Ka ʻAi will Hawaiianize the palette of learners while providing hands-on food and medicine preparation creating simple recipes and formulas that will be easy to replicate for participants following this learning opportunity.
Goal 1: Make learning and food preparation fun, interactive and demonstrate the genius of kanaka science.
Goal 2: Provide participants with opportunities to gather, process, prepare, cook, and consume traditional Hawaiian foods
Goal 3: Normalize the traditional Hawaiian diet
